St.George F.C.Convent was established on 14th June 1966th Alvernia School was started 20th June in the same year. St.Thomas home for the aged started in 1973. This convent celebrated its silver Jubilee in 1991. The main apostolate is education. Sisters are also engaged in teaching Catechism,Liturgical service,house visits and assist in family gathering.
