Vimala convent was started at Thoppupalayam 5 Kms away from Chennimalai town on 29th May 1985. The purpose of starting this convent is Evangelization and educating the ignorant people.The people there are Mill and Textile workers and agriculturists too, with no facility of schooling. Sisters are working in our school and take care in pastoral ministeries.
