So far we had not extended our work to Attapady area and the Provincial Council decided to begin a home for the destitute in that place. For this purpose we bought a plot in Thrithwamala (Kalkandy) and started construction. The new convent was blessed on6th Dec. 2012. 4 sisters are staying ther in perparation for the apostolate of taking care of the destitute and needy.
