Seraphic Novitiate house was started on 6th July 1984 Polpully 10Kms. awayfrom Palakkad.
The new apostolate here is spiritual guidance and formation to the formees. There are 12 sisters here among which four are teaching St.Francis School nearby. The aged sisters are engaged in prayer since it is a perpetual adoration centre started from 14.12.1988. On 21st Nov.1989 the construction of the Prayer Bhavan was completed and Blessed. The existing prayer bhavan at Chittady was shifted to this house.
